For those who want to explore other options, the menu at Phu Huong doesn't stop at banh mi. Be sure to try their chicken and vegetarian rolls, praised by Jules Sheedy for their addictive nature and consistent quality. Just realised I have 0 photos of this place because every time I come, I’m so excited to dig in that I forget to take pictures I’ve had countless of banh mi but phu huong remains my top3, crispy bread and love the combination roll. Their pate is so different but yummy, you can also purchase their pate separately which I did to incorporate into my meal :)) Price is also cheap remaining under $10 Will be back! As always haha

Phu Huong serves some of the most balanced banh mis I’ve had in Adelaide. They bake their own bread, which adds an extra layer of freshness to every bite. After many visits, I can confidently say they’re one of my favourites in Adelaide. I particularly love their pickled ingredients and house made pâté, which really elevate the flavour. Highly recommend!

I tried a combination roll from this place as I was randomly passing by. The roll was light and crunchy. It came with pate and fresh chilli, and the pork had a decent amount of crackling. They also open early, and it was great value for $8.50.

Bread rolls that are so delicious and addictive. They are consistent with the products they deliver and exceed expectations every time. We purchase the chicken, pork and vegetarian bread rolls and pork buns. What makes them stand out is consistently fresh bread with great texture, fresh pickled vegetables and optional chilli/coriander, delicious protein options and a well-balanced sauce mix. Couldn't find better in the area. Only complaint is they sell out before they close - though rightly so. Great value, but get in quick. Also, bring some cash to avoid the card surcharge. Note, this store is pretty much takeaway only.

Been coming here since 2017 until now and they still are my number one place to go to for banh mi and vietnamese food in general. Amazing place and service, always recommended this restaurant to family and friends when I can. They deserve all the success and love
